Crunch Fitness is coming to Hoover.
The chain has signed a new lease for 24,699 square feet at the former Sky Zone at Interstate 459. It will be located at 1694 Montgomery Hwy.
The franchise has locations in Tuscaloosa and Dothan and a forthcoming one in Montgomery.
Jack Robertson with Chase Commercial Specialists represented the franchisees, Wayne Borries and David Seymour, in the negotiation and lease of their first Birmingham location. One of four to six planned area locations, the club will feature 24/7 access, group fitness classes, Kids Crunch, HIITZone training, tanning, relax and recovery and a Ride studio.
Founded in 1989, Crunch Fitness has more than 300 locations worldwide. Members can lock in their rates now prior to the launch of pre-enrollment March 30 at the website.
