The expert noted that normal sleep is essential at any age. In young children, disruption of nighttime rest can be caused by health problems, including gastrointestinal disorders. If the child has no health problems, then trouble with sleep is a consequence of what happens to him during the day. The atmosphere in the family directly affects the quality of children’s sleep. Quarrels and conflicts can act as irritants, and the child also experiences if his mother is stressed. It is important to protect children from gadgets, even cartoons are contraindicated for them up to the age of three. Even if parents “surf” the Internet in the presence of a child, this negatively affects his condition. It is better not to communicate with relatives by video communication when you are young, giving preference to instant messengers.

It is believed that children are afraid to sleep in the dark, so parents leave the night light on all night. However, up to three years old, it is easier for them to fall asleep without irritants in the form of light. For a good sleep in the room where the child is resting, you need to set a comfortable temperature and not forget about airing, writes “Word and Deed”. The presence of a daily routine is reflected in a positive way on the child’s psyche. It is useful to alternate meals, walks, active games and rest.
